Below is a selection of the frequently asked questions that we are happy to answer for you. Don't see your question here? No problem! You can always get in touch with us on +31 13 528 23 09 or via e-mail info@dereebok.nl

When can I check in?
All check-ins at The Reebok are from 15:00.

Can I check in earlier than 15:00?
If the pitch is available, you can check in earlier, but check with our reception the day before you are scheduled to arrive. If the pitch is available, check-ins start at 12:00.

Until what time can we check in?
The reception closes at 17:00 each day, but if the reception is closed, you can check in via our grand café until 22:00 throughout the season. On the starting days for popular packages, the park reception will stay open longer.

When is check out?
Check out is before 11:00.

Can I extend my stay until later in the day?
If possible and depending on availability, we offer you the possibility to extend your stay by a half-day, for a charge of €12.50.

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed for a fee (with a maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation). Please only let your dogs out outside the park. Your dog must also be on a leash in the park. Dogs are not allowed in the toilet facilities, at the reception, in the shop, in the grand café, in the cabins, or in the rental chalets (except for rental chalets 1, 2, 9, and 10). Other pets are allowed on a limited basis, as long as permission is requested from park management in advance. Visitors may not bring pets.

Does my visitor have to pay?
You can have up to 4 day visitors until 22:00 free of charge. The holidaymaker must ensure that visitors register at the reception. You are responsible for your visitors!

Is there WiFi at the campsite?
We provide paid WiFi throughout the entire park. You can use the WiFi in our grand café free of charge (purchase required!)

Are there activities for the kids?
During school holidays (may holiday, Ascension Day, Pentecost, and during the summer holidays) a professional but limited programme is available. These programmes are designed for kids aged 2 to 10.

What are the payment terms?
After you've made your reservation, we ask that you pay half of the total amount (as well as the total amount for any cancellation insurance) within 14 days of making your reservation. The other half must be paid 4 weeks before you arrive.

Who comes to The Reebok Holiday Park?
Our guests come seeking rest, relaxation, and privacy. We primarily serve young families and grandparents with grandchildren up to age 10, (young) seniors, nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists.

Are the toilet facilities cleaned daily?
Our toilet facilities are cleaned daily and we keep them clean. It benefits all of the campers when each guests helps contribute to that. That's why we do not allow smoking in the toilet facilities, children may not play there, and small children must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need shower tokens?
No, you don't need tokens or a SEP key to shower here. Everything is freely accessible and available for you.

Can I park the car next to my pitch?
We allow a maximum of 1 car per pitch. Road traffic laws apply across the park and we have a speed limit of 5 km/h, so keep it slow! You may only park at your pitch or in the specially designated parking areas. You may not park your car on an empty pitch, not even temporarily. Visitors must park in visitor parking outside of the park, and this also applies to your second car! Cyclists also need to watch their speed.

How should I pitch my tent?
Your tent must be pitched next to the hedge (with the exception of a few places), and you need to make sure you're at least 1 metre from the hedge due to mowing and trimming maintenance. To prevent any damage from mowing or trimming, we recommend running your cables for TV, electricity, and water through a jacket pipe, and store excess cabling under your caravan. Ground cloths (no plastic) are only allowed under your awning! Canopies and umbrellas are allowed, but party tents or other coverings are not.

Do all camping rates include the use of electricity?
All camping rates include the use of electricity, except pre, post, and seasonal pitches. The use of toilet facilities and waste services is also included.

Can I pitch an extra tent alongside my tent?
1 extra tent is included in the price, but it cannot be larger than 4 m2 and it must be a point or dome tent. A second extra tent is only allowed in consultation with management and for an extra fee.

Is there a TV connection?
There is a cable connection on all pitches, and you can receive all standard TV channels.

Are party tents allowed?
No, they are not allowed.

Can I barbecue?
You can barbecue in a device intended for that purpose. It must clear the ground and you must have extinguishing water close at hand. Given the danger of forest fire, barbecues may be limited or prohibited during dry periods. Always be careful with fire and use an ashtray for your cigar or cigarette. When you camp with us, you're in a forested area, and inappropriate behaviour can lead to life-threatening situations, so please be aware. Open flames and fire pits are strictly prohibited.

We'd like to visit the campsite. Is that possible?
You're welcome to visit our park any day of the year. You're also welcome to come during the winter season whenever the reception is open. If the reception is closed, you can come to the grand café.

Do you require cleaning costs and deposits?
Cleaning costs and a deposit are always required. We bring in a professional team to guarantee the quality of the cleaning. After check-out, your deposit will be refunded to you within 10 business days, by bank transfer only.

Do you rent bikes and can they be reserved in advance?
